Concern Worldwide, Malawi

This was a longitudinal evaluation of Concern Worldwide’s Graduation model project over three years. Graduation programmes support people living in extreme and often chronic poverty. Concern provide sequenced and tailored packages of support to help people address the barriers they face to moving out of poverty – from situations often defined by food insecurity and high levels of vulnerability towards sustainable livelihoods.
